Package: src:simgrid
Version: 3.13-1
Severity: minor

The copyright file does not follows the current Debian standards, and should be
updated. Even more because the file is out of date (documents removed files,
maybe missing new files), which delays the update of new versions of the
package by ftp-masters.

Thanks, myself.

But I forgot to close this bug from in the ChangeLog. Since I'm the
reporter, I think it's OK.
