Hi,

It would be great if:

  https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/reproducible.json

… was available via rsync.

I'm updating this file on my local machine quite often and using plain
HTTP is somewhat wasteful given that the file probably doesn't change
that much.

One solution to avoid an rsync server on could be to rsync it somewhere
public such as Alioth.
