I am converting d/copyright in galternatives to machine-readable copyright
type.

Since both original no-ip.org URL and galternatives.alioth.debian.org are
defunct, I prefer to keep the original URL as-is to provide information of its
origin. Thus closing the bug.

As a native package, no "Homepage" field will show up in d/control file.

Feel free to discuss with me if you have any ideas.

Sincerely,
Boyuan Yang
