It's not possible to connect to ICQ network with the version available
in Debian stable branch.
Error message shown in pyicqt.log:

I decided to use Spectrum [1], but that didn't work on stable branch
too. The upgrade of Debian to testing (Wheezy) make it work.
Unfortunately didn't test the PyICQt under Wheezy - but that could solve
this issue.
