While going through RC bugs of packages maintained by QA, I noticed that
mgen-doc alternatively Recommends dhelp. dhelp is RC-buggy¹ and not going to
make it into Stretch.
I am probably going to requist removal of dhelp if nobody is going to step up
for maintenance. I suggest you drop the Recommends from mgen-doc. I am not sure
if this in itself is RC, but I think it is just not, hence the severity.
