Hi,
there is new small version of trayer avilable. There is only small
change to panel.c and panel.h files so it should be easy to update.
This version solves problem with primary monitor switching. In Debian
version there is problem then when you switch primary monitor (i.e. with
xrandr) trayer remains in place and not move even when you use --primary
option.
New version fix this.
Seams that change is consisting only from one commit:

Just tried to rebuild package manually with this commit and works like a
charm.
