Package: otrs
Severity: grave
Justification: causes non-serious data loss
hio,
as reported in http://bugs.otrs.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1133 symlinks aren't
backed up by "backup.pl", this could cause data loss of
configuration-data if you rely on the backup. As this is mainly a
debian-issue, due to the symlinking only done by this package, I guess,
I'm reporting this here, too.
And for the sake of documentation this error in bugs.debian.org :)
Sincerly,
/fux
