It would be nice if packages of nifd and autoipd were distributed as
well as mDNSResponder. These may well prove useful to some users,
especially nifd which can cooperate with mDNSResponder.

The howl package has been removed from Debian because of license
issues (see #302462). I'm therefore closing its bug reports.
