Dear apticron maintainer,
in the commit linked at the end of this email, I moved the default
configuration to `/usr/lib/apticron/apticron.conf` and made
`/etc/apticron/apticron.conf` an overlay file.
This "stateless" approach allows the user to configure apticron without
touching the package-installed files. Some of the config hacks in the
maintainer scripts are no longer needed. At the same time the
configuration now lives in a normal file instead of inside the
`postinst` script.
I also slightly improved the documentation of the options while I was at it.
