--- Begin Message ---Package: libreoffice-kde Version: 1:5.1.3~rc2-3 Severity: minor Dear Maintainer, * What led up to the situation? Running libreoffice5 on Plasma results in Debian Testing results in corrupted toolbars. It looks like they are trying to appear "transparent" (with floating icons), but what you actually get is a mess. * What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or ineffective)? Setting OOO_FORCE_DESKTOP=kde resolves this, so this is a minor bug. However, I would have thought libreoffice-kde should make sure this happens anyway? (unless plasma is somehow miss-representing its identity?) Strangely, a new install on a different machine doesn't suffer from this issue. However, a new user on my machine does. This makes me think it's a libreoffice-kde problem rather than any user setting I've got wrong. The bug is reported against the latest version because I pushed the machine to sid temporarily to make sure it hadn't been addressed. In fact, it has been affecting my machine for while (at least several months). -- System Information: Debian Release: stretch/sid APT prefers testing APT policy: (650, 'testing'), (450, 'unstable') Architecture: amd64 (x86_64) Foreign Architectures: i386 Kernel: Linux 4.5.0-2-amd64 (SMP w/4 CPU cores) Locale: LANG=en_GB.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=en_GB.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/dash Init: systemd (via /run/systemd/system) Versions of packages libreoffice-kde depends on: ii dpkg 1.18.7 ii kde-runtime 4:15.08.3-1+b1 ii libc6 2.22-8 ii libgcc1 1:6.1.1-2 ii libgl1-mesa-glx [libgl1] 11.2.2-1 ii libglew1.13 1.13.0-2 ii libglib2.0-0 2.48.1-1 ii libglu1-mesa [libglu1] 9.0.0-2.1 ii libice6 2:1.0.9-1+b1 ii libicu55 55.1-7 ii libkdecore5 4:4.14.14-1+b2 ii libkdeui5 4:4.14.14-1+b2 ii libkfile4 4:4.14.14-1+b2 ii libkio5 4:4.14.14-1+b2 ii libqt4-network 4:4.8.7+dfsg-6+b1 ii libqtcore4 4:4.8.7+dfsg-6+b1 ii libqtgui4 4:4.8.7+dfsg-6+b1 ii libreoffice-core 1:5.1.3~rc2-3 ii libsm6 2:1.2.2-1+b1 ii libstdc++6 6.1.1-2 ii libx11-6 2:1.6.3-1 ii libxext6 2:1.3.3-1 ii uno-libs3 5.1.3~rc2-3 ii ure 5.1.3~rc2-3 Versions of packages libreoffice-kde recommends: ii libreoffice-style-breeze 1:5.1.3~rc2-3 Versions of packages libreoffice-kde suggests: ii kmail 4:4.14.10-2 ii konqueror 4:15.08.3-1 -- no debconf information
