The current version of roundcube in wheezy-backports is 0.9.2 but there is no
supporting roundcube-plugins-extra. Would it be possible to create such a
package, similarly to the 0.7 branch.

all backports issues should be send to debian-backports ml, like is written in
the backport FAQ[1]. I'll close all these bugs now, because it doesn't make
sense to keep them open.
