was tile. Please change the default back to what it used to be.

The default layout has now been "awful.layout.suit.floating" for the last
8 years.
As upstream mentioned in the bug thread it's now again easier and more
obvious how to change the default layout.
Because of this and the long time the default is already in place, I'm
closing this bug.
