This was done in v42. The download URL for the Ogg videos is also currently broken due to a site move, so it wouldn't work even if we worked around the referer/cookie check. However, since v44, the g-d-p data for Freespace 2 supports packaging the original cutscenes (freespace2-orig-video) as an alternative to freespace2-ogg-video. This wastes some space, but has the advantage of being obtainable! (As far as I know, all retail copies of FS2 have the cutscenes.) So I think we've done everything we can to support the cutscenes, and I'm closing this bug. smcv
