Severity: normal
Dear Maintainer,
after starting a video with VLC, move the mouse above the video and scroll one
time, there is a rise/decrease of the soundvolume up or down to 10%. But in
Debian Jessie there are only 5%. Also when the mouse is over the bottom menu
(eg. when hearing music), the rise/decrease of sound is 5%. It looks like one
time scrolling down is detected twice.
