Severity: important

The version of proftpd in jessie suffers from the following bug:
http://bugs.proftpd.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4108

Thus making it unusable with clients that don't wait long enough for the
handshake to complete.

Closing now.  It is fixed according to upstream BTS.  Further fix is
now avaivalble in stable too.
