Hello,
coriander build-depends on ftplib-dev but that package has been
renamed into libftp-dev. You should thus update your
build-dependency.
Your package is currently not broken because libftp-dev provides
ftplib-dev but it's still better to use the canonical name. If you
care about backportability, you can use "libftp-dev | ftplib-dev"
(although I'm not sure that the backport buildd have a dependency
solver that actually considers the alternatives).
