dak logs an override change with every update of testing:

+---
| 20161101020255|check-overrides|dak|syncing
override|testing|main|dsc|golang-github-fatih-color|source|misc|None|source|misc|None
+---

Even though the override shouldn't change all the time (and looks the
same in the log message). This also spams the `audit.package_changes` table.

This doesn't happen for the binary package (golang-github-fatih-color-dev).
