The udev rules shipped with the package gives access to Android stuff
only for users in group plugdev. It would be convenient if
non-privileged local users were able to access those devices too. This
can be done by adding the "uaccess" tag (with TAG+="uaccess"). logind
will then add the appropriate ACL to give a local user access to the
