Package: libmapnik3.0
Version: 3.0.20+ds-1

Had to downgrade to install...

 libmapnik3.0 : Depends: gdal-abi-2-2-3 which is a virtual package, provided by:
                         - libgdal20 (2.2.4+dfsg-1+b1), but 2.3.0+dfsg-1~exp1
is installed

     Keep the following packages at their current version:
1)     libmapnik3.0 [Not Installed]
2)     viking [Not Installed]

Accept this solution? [Y/n/q/?] n
The following actions will resolve these dependencies:

     Downgrade the following packages:
1)     gdal-bin [2.3.0+dfsg-1~exp1 (experimental, now) -> 2.2.4+dfsg-1+b1
(unstable)]
2)     libgdal20 [2.3.0+dfsg-1~exp1 (experimental, now) -> 2.2.4+dfsg-1+b1
(unstable)]
3)     python-gdal [2.3.0+dfsg-1~exp1 (experimental, now) -> 2.2.4+dfsg-1+b1
(unstable)]

If you want to test gdal from experimental you need to remove mapnik
(and other gdal rdeps that use C++ symbols) which has not been built
with the new gdal. If not, don't install gdal from experimental.

Kind Regards,
