Package: nfs-kernel-server
Version: 1.0.5 (not installed)
Severity: serious

Hi Chip,

I was bitten by the "connection refused" bugs in the previous nfsd
packages, and it got fixed with 1.0.5. I was using test1 at that time.
I recently compiled test2, and the problem appeared again, same
symptoms, etc.

Going back to 1.0.3-1 fixed the problem for me again.

Might be a kernel bug, but filing against nfs-kernel-server as we've had
the same problem very recently.

Heh, that was a nice bug log read. I didn't remember about this at all!

I guess this is either fixed, or nobody is using mixes of 2.6 and 2.4
like at the time of 2.6.0.

I'm happy to close this.
