it seems you are mirroring off mirror.kku.ac.th, yet
there is no mirror.kku.ac.th trace file in
http://ftp.debianclub.org/debian/project/trace/ even though
mirror.kku.ac.th does have a mirror.kku.ac.th file in its trace
directory.
(We don't have mirror.kku.ac.th in our mirror list, maybe you can ask
their admins to submit it?)

Hi,
The mirror appears to be unreachable since June 30 according to the
mirror status page above, so I've now removed it from our list. You're
welcome to re-submit it when the issues are fixed.
