Going through really old bugs, finding this I notice that SciTE doesn't
even have a "Replace dialog" any longer, but a "strip" in the
main window instead.
Also, the SciTE changelog contains (under Release 1.68)
* SciTE Replace dialog always searches in forwards direction
- so I belive you won't have the functionality.

If you still feel you need it, please reopen this bug, and I'll forward
a request for implementation upstream. I have no idea about how keen
upstream is to implement this though.
