I received welcome email but it seems it refers to the already died
alioth as VCS repo:

While Salsa account migration is mentioned in wiki [1], we should also
change the corresponding phrasing in the welcome email template as well.

Alas that thing does't come from the NM team, but from DSA.

Please do consider proposing a patch (IME they like it sent through
either RT ticket, or IRC at #debian-admin... those are the most
effective way to get a change done from DSA).
