gnome-music 3.30.1 wants to make sure grilo-plugins 0.3.8 is available
so it uses pkgconfig to check for it [1]. Debian's grilo-plugins does
not provide the .pc file though.
When I built with dh_missing --list-missing, I got:
dh_missing --list-missing
dh_missing: usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/pkgconfig/grilo-plugins-0.3.pc
exists in debian/tmp but is not installed to anywhere
