I ran "msghack --empty" on a .po file (in order to recreate the relative .pot).
This should just drop all translations. But I noticed it also drop all
"msgctxt" strings, leading to duplicate entries.
AFAIK, msghack is not from upstream (it is in the Debian directory). If this
not the right place, feel free to point me to the relevant bug-tracker.
