The game hung couple of times, while later a dialog box appears and I
was able to close/kill the game, it would be nice to have a -dbgsym so
that can report issues upstream

Unknown Horizons is a Python program, and the package only ships Python code,
so a debug package is unnecessary. If there are issues where a non-Python
backtrace would be useful, the corresponding library’s debug package should
be installed, not unknown-horizon’s.
