I saw that espresso fails to build on ppc64el, armhf, riscv64 due to
config.guess being outdated in an embedded source tarball (fox library)

I tried bringing some updated config.guess etc and use dh_autoreconf but
fall into that issue : https://github.com/andreww/fox/issues/4
So I fallback to a quick patch to copy config.sub and config.guess on
the fly with fox source directory.
I'll send a merge request.
