For a stretch system (Debian stable) libnginx-mod-rtmp is only available
through stretch-backports. So, libnginx-mod-rtmp pulls in a version of
nginx-common that is only available in stretch-backports and apt cannot
automatically allow that.
You should run `apt-get install libnginx-mod-rtmp -t stretch-backports`
to explicitly allow packages from Debian backports: this will upgrade
all nginx packages to the version in stretch-backports.
