When i set up a OpenVPN-Connection with a preshared key I do NOT need a
username and a password, because the authentication already works over
the key. kvpnc always asks me (when i try to connect) after username and
password, that is NOT needed - it even makes openvpn unusable. Even when
i enter something in the fields i only get a "field username is empty" -
i guess the openvpn-part of kvpnc is quite buggy.
