The official instructions for how to use idutils with emacs
(https://gnu.org/software/idutils/manual/idutils.html#Emacs-gid-interface)
are wrong due to the renaming of idutils.el to id-utils.el in Debian.
Therefore, I suggest we add a blurb in README.Debian to get users started.
The attached patch is my attempt at this, feel free to use it if you want.
