Actually I just tried the latest version and restore seems to be working correctly. I must have been confused when dealing with all these multiple bug reports or something. Please re-open if it doesn't work for you. Note that you might need to work around bug 919557 first - either by using firefox-esr, or doing `sudo rm /usr/share/webext/umatrix/lib/punycode.js && sudo cp /usr/share/javascript/punycode/punycode.js /usr/share/webext/umatrix/lib/punycode.js`.
