Hi,

Once ci.debian.net runs Buster, to avoid AppArmor breaking
autopkgtests such as the systemd ones, the LXC containers will need
this config:

  lxc.apparmor.profile = generated
  lxc.apparmor.allow_nesting = 1

This is assuming LXC is fixed in Buster with the patches I've provided
on #916639.
