If one in BIOS sets the year to last year by mistake, and then boots,
FSCK will be triggered on all disks. The bug is, for the first disk one
only will see

Checking in progress on 1 disk. (0.0%)

The (0.0%) never changes.
The check completes but the percentages never update on the console.

The checks for the following disks have their percentages updated on the
screen normally. Its just the first disk which doesn't.
