Hi,
it is confusing that VCS related package has no Vcs-* headers.
git-dpm though seems to have a Git repository on Salsa at
https://salsa.debian.org/brlink/git-dpm.
So please add the according Vcs-* headers:
Vcs-Git: https://salsa.debian.org/brlink/git-dpm.git
Vcs-Browser: https://salsa.debian.org/brlink/git-dpm
Maybe you also want to add a Homepage header pointing to the latter
URL, too:
Homepage: https://salsa.debian.org/brlink/git-dpm

APT policy: (990, 'unstable'), (980, 'unstable-debug'), (600, 'testing'),

That repository is a mostly semi-temporary place. I've yet not
decided whether it will stay there, or if I will request a
group for it (like it had on alioth) or move it to the Debian group.
Also after getting disappointed two times (first git.debian.org and
then anonscm.debian.org), I lost the believe that those URLs are
even supposed to be be valid for a full release lifetime and thus
am no longer persuaded that putting that information into the archive
is the proper think to do. I'd much rather see some registry where
maintainers can put information about the current leading repository
whenever that changes and where tools like debcheckout can query it from.

git-dpm actually had a proper homepage, which also got lost with
alioth. I'm still considering where to revive that.
