Hi,
Neutron-dynamic-routing should run db migration for neutron subproject
dynamic-routing as other neutron subprojects [ neutron-fwaas,
neutron-vpnaas , etc ... ] in postinst script .
Postinst is not present now and neutron-dynamic-routing is not working as
there is old db layout which doesn't match modified code.
