Hi,
directories inside supervise are shipped with mode 755 for both services and
log,
but runsv uses mode 700, maybe it's better to use runsv mode?
Alternatively, you can add
/var/lib/runit/supervise
and
/var/lib/runit/log/supervise
to runit directories and do not ship anything inside supervise
with dh_runit, as those directories, if missing, are created by
runsv as the service is started.
