Not sure if this should be treat as a bug, current version
of libutf8proc-dev are missing pkg-config support, which
introduced in
https://github.com/JuliaStrings/utf8proc/commit/5dcd382
and included in their 2.3.0 release. The current
libqtermwidget5-0-dev package got it's pkg-config support,
but inside the 'qtermwidget5.pc' file there is a line requires
libutf8proc's pkg-config file:
'Requires: Qt5Widgets, libutf8proc'
The missing pkg-config support file breaks libqtermwidget5-0-dev's
pkg-config support.
Maybe we can backport the libutf8proc-dev pkg-config file
or upgrade the package?
