Japan's new era 令和 (Reiwa) started on 2019/5/1. However this
package doesn't support it in the function mhc-calendar/inserter-nengo().
Also, new holidays, such as emperor's birthday (23 Feb), should be
added to japanese-holidays.mhcc.
