Installing fusiondirectory on a clean system does not install the proper PHP
XML parser.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Install Debian 10 on a clean system
2. apt-get install fusiondirectory slapd apache2
3. Go to http://system-ip-addr/fusiondirectory and start the setup process
4. On the 'LDAP Setup' page, in the 'status' box, press 'retry' to try and
connect to the LDAP server
5. PHP dies with an error, "Call to undefined function xml_parser_create...."
I fixed it by doing the following manually:
apt-get install php7.3-xml
phpenmod xml
systemctl restart apache2
