Debian user group in Taiwan could like to request a mailing list:
debian-dug-taiwan. The following is detail information:

Name: debian-dug-taiwan

Rationale:

Currently we have debian-chinese-big5 for l10n, documantation, web
site translation, user support and debian-l10n-chinese for
translation. However, there is no mailing list for Debian user group,
so we don't have a central place to discuss Debian related events
holding in Taiwan. Tracking these information without a mailing list
is difficult, especially we are working on DebConf18 right now.

In order to solve this problem, we could like to setup
debian-dug-taiwan so that we can use it to coordinate any Debian
  related events in Taiwan.
