Thanks but the translated file is missing and manpage aren't provided bu Debian
but
by upstream in DocBook XML format See file in doc/man in upstream source.
The best is to contact the upstream author. See his e-mail address in
/usr/share/doc/mkvtoolnix-gui/copyright
For now bug closed.
