Package: trac-codecomments
Version: 1.1.1+dfsg-1
Severity: important
Control: block -1 by 829407

The file ‘jquery.ba-throttle-debounce.js’ is a third-party library. It
should not be bundled in the source for ‘trac-codecomments’; as per
Debian Policy §4.13, it needs to be packaged separately and declared
as a dependency package for ‘trac-codecomments’.

The RFP in bug#829407 requests the packaging of the library, so blocks
this bug's resolution.
