Package: dhelp
Version: 0.5.17
Severity: normal
I've seen this a number of times on a number of different packages.
The workaround is to create the offending directory.
Setting up kdesdk-doc-html (3.2.2-1) ...
cannot create dhelp file '/usr/share/doc/kbabel/html/.dhelp': No such
file or directory
dpkg: error processing kdesdk-doc-html (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2

This was a bug in kdesdk-doc-html (Bug#247690), not in doc-base.
