GTK 3.20 includes a major rewrite of the theming code and broke all
existing GTK3 themes. I'm linking the upstream tracking bug for
Albatross. Since Albatross is not really maintained upstream any more,
it's unclear when someone will get around to fixing this.
Considering we still have quite a few GTK2 themes in Debian with no
GTK3 support at all, I don't think we should remove albatross at this
time. The theme is still usable on Xfce if you don't use GTK3 apps.
