The affected packages fail to cross build from source, because they fail
running the host architecture jdupes with an "Exec format error".
Likely, they need jdupes for the build architecture. Usually, this is
achieved by marking jdupes Multi-Arch: foreign. In this case, I think
that the marking is correct, because jdupes is a command line
application that is not sensitive to specific binary file formats. A
very similar tool - fdupes - is already thus marked. Please consider
applying the attached patch.
