libmono-firebirdsql1.7-cil depends on libfbembed1, which does not exist
on powerpc. not sure why the binary picked up this dependancy, but it
most likely shouldn't have.

The bug you have reported has been fixed in the last mono upload
(1.1.13.6-2) to the debian/unstable archive, thanks for reporting the
bug.
