The homepage for OpenSTV is listed as www.openstv.org, which redirects to the
home page of OpaVote, the private company which originated the package but then
(in 2011?) took it closed-source. That's kindof confusing since you can't get
the source there, or even (nowadays) very much information at all about the
software. The redirect seems to have been in place since August 2016.
The last public version of OpenSTV was 1.7, six years ago; it would be pretty
cool to know the provenance of Debian's OpenSTV 1.6: where is it really from,
now? Is there a fork or a repo somewhere?
