I'm subscribed to bugs-dist. Today this list received the mail you can see
here: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=361534;msg=5. When I
try to look into this mail (I only "mark" it by putting the cursor on it
and then I press the left mouse key - really nothing special), evolution
crashes. Restarting evolution makes it crash again as long as I'm not
fast enough to mark another mail. This is absolutely reproducible
behaviour here.
Do you need a backtrace or can you verify/reproduce this crash?
