The packaged /etc/olsrd/olsrd.conf file refers to versions of plugins that are
outdated, relative to those included on the olsrd-plugins package.
The following entries on the olsrd.conf file are outdated:

#LoadPlugin "olsrd_nameservice.so.0.2"
The corresponding versions on the olsrd-plugins package are:
/usr/lib/olsrd/olsrd_dyn_gw.so.0.5

Fixing this should be as simple as replacing those version numbers on the
olsrd.conf file. I've done that (along with additional custom configs) and the
daemon is working correctly.
