stardict needs a full copyright review. I converted the package to
copyright fomat 1.0. We'll probably want to add stuff to
Files-Excluded and create a new tarball.
Just one example is Po2Tab.zip which makes no sense and appears to be unused.
I apologize I didn't have the time to work on this right now. I
already did a bunch of other repair to the package.
